In a group booking, when and how can I change the name/person?

Passenger changes in group bookings are allowed without any penalty, and requesting the change name through SSR is unnecessary. Just update the name in the GDS.
After issuing, correct the name on the same booking and reissue the ticket. The new ticket number must be sent to groups@sata.pt by the end of the month of issue. Failure to send this information will result in ADM. However, a full refund of the ticket with the incorrect name can be made directly in their GDS. It is not necessary to request the change name via SSR. Then, the change name followed by the new issue must be made. The refunded ticket number and the new issue must be sent to groups@sata.pt in order to avoid being audited until the end of the refund month. Not sending this information will result in ADM.
