We inform you that, in the Galileo GDS, it is now possible to issue EMDs for payment of the Special Services listed below on flights operated by SP and S4 on tickets with plates 737 and 331.

Notes:
- BODY, SURF, LONG, GOLF, SCUB, FISH, MUSS, MUSM, MUSL, BIKE, AVIH, and WEAP services for tickets whose allowance is per kg (e.g., 23kg) can only be paid for directly at SATA (sales counter or Call Center +351 296 209720);
- Lounge, Fast Track, and Pre-seat EMDs are refundable only in involuntary cases;
- All services can be paid for at check-in (except pre-seat);
- If the services have not been paid for, the passenger will not be able to print the boarding pass at Web Check-in;

Notes:
- For tickets for which the allowance is by the kg (e.g., 23kg) and not by the piece, payment can only be made up to 48 hours before the departure of the flight directly at SATA (sales counter or Call Center +351 296 209720);
- For Interline, Code-Share, S4 Charters, and trips to/from Cape Verde, we maintain the existing procedures for charging excess baggage, i.e., it will only be available at the airport;
- For technical support, please consult your GDS.
