We want to remind you of the existing procedures for trips with domestic routes that have transit flights with international routes (connecting flights):
- National minors and foreign minors with legal residence in Portugal traveling alone or without their legal parents must be accompanied by an authorization issued by the person exercising parental responsibility, legally certified, following the requirements of the Immigration Authority (AIMA), as these are transit flights;
- Validation of the identification document via the ID.GOV.PT application is not accepted. The documentation will have to be presented physically, and identification using digital documents cannot be accepted.
These flights are identified in the GDS with the message ATT BORDER CONTROL.

Failure to comply with these procedures will result in denied boarding by the Immigration Authority (AIMA).
