We inform you that the cabin crew strike called by the Sindicato Nacional do Pessoal de Voo da Aviação Civil (SNPVAC) for the period from July 18 to 24 has been officially called off.
As such, the exceptional procedures previously communicated for managing bookings/changes and refunds during the strike period are no longer in effect and do not apply to operations.
We also inform you that customers who wish to resume their original booking for the same flight/day may, exceptionally, make the change under INVol, subject to seat availability. To update your ticket, please contact your market's Helpdesk service.
