Please find below the special services (SSR) and respective codes with EMD issuance in GDS Galileo:
Important notes:
- In Amadeus, it is only possible to issue EMDs for the following services: UMNR, Fast Track, Lounge, Pre-seat, and Oxygen. For the others, please contact our Call Center (+351 296 209 720);
- All services can be paid for at Web Check-in (except for pre-paid extra baggage);
- If the services have not been paid for, the passenger will not be able to print their boarding pass when they go to Web Check-in;
- For trips with Interline flights, Code-Share flights, S4 charters, and flights to/from Cape Verde, we will maintain the existing procedures for charging excess baggage, i.e., it will only be available at the airport;
- The above SSRs are only used on S4/SP-operated flights;
- On SATA Air Açores fares, pre-paid extra baggage is only available through the Call Center (+351 296 209 720);
- For pre-paid extra baggage (ABAG/BBAG/CBAG), a time limit is generated for issuance;
- For excess baggage or oversized baggage, paid for at the airport, the BULK code is maintained, with information on the number of packages, contents, dimensions (LxWxH), and weight;
- For technical support, please consult your GDS.
