We inform you that, as of April 2, the onboard meal service will have a new model and will now be available as a 'buy on board' option. This change will allow us to provide a wider variety of choices suited to your preferences. We would like to inform you that even though tickets issued until this date might still have information regarding free meal service, that will no longer be valid for flights as of April 2.
Any clarifications regarding the change in the services included in the tickets, please contact us by March 13th through the usual channels.
Below is the information regarding meals:
- Domestic Flights and Europe => Meals and drinks available for purchase (in the flight information, the letter G appears under MEAL – Food and Beverages for Purchase);
- Flights to the USA and Canada => Hot meal and soft drinks (water, orange juice, and apple juice) – we will maintain the service (in the flight information, the letter H continues to appear under MEAL – Hot Meal);
- Flights to RAI => Economy Class => Meals and drinks available for purchase (in the flight information, the letter G appears under MEAL – Food and Beverages for Purchase, in the economy class).
