SATA Group activates crisis management center and readjusts operation after power outage
Following the electricity blackout that is affecting Portugal and other European countries, the SATA Group informs that it has activated its Crisis Management Center to ensure permanent monitoring of the situation and a coordinated response to operational and passenger assistance needs.
As a result of the constraints, the schedule of some flights has been amended. The airline is making direct contact with all passengers whose flights have been impacted, informing them of the alternatives available to them.
